Hoster is a man who hosts a foreign student arriving to Chelyabinsk as an intern to participate in social, educational, technical or economic project.
AIESEC’s interns are interesting, impressive young people. They always have something to tell and to teach. Before their participation in AIESEC International Internship Program they go through certain selection and complete the formalities (work permit/invitation,
insurance, visa and etc.).
In Chelyabinsk interns work, for instance, in schools, teaching children English language, present culture of their own countries, organize social and educational projects, develop leader’s, professional,entrepreneurial skills, work with Chelyabinsk’ non-commerce organisations.

Conditions of participation:
•Any family regardless of its composition may host an intern;
• Family provides the intern with possibility to cook (access to fridge, cooker);
• Separate room isn’t necessary for hosting intern, but a bed and some space for his baggage and personal stuff are required.
•Basic foreign language skills is preferred;
• Ability to demonstrate such important for intercultural adaptation qualities as sociability, flexibility, open-mindedness,
inquisitiveness.
